1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing DXB Navigator (available at https://dxbnavigator.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using this website immediately.

2. Nature of Service & Independence

DXB Navigator is an independent informational directory and public transit guide created to help commuters, residents, and visitors navigate public transportation, timetables, and utility estimates across the United Arab Emirates.

DXB Navigator is a privately operated project and is NOT an official government entity, operator, or agency. We are not owned by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by:

•Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA)

•Abu Dhabi Mobility / Integrated Transport Centre (ITC / DARB)

•Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA)

•Ajman Transport Authority (ATA) or RAK Transport Authority (RAKTA)

•Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA)

•Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA)

•Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC) / TAQA / AADC

•Etihad Rail PJSC

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all original text, route guides, curated station directories, software code, custom calculator interfaces, graphic design, and layout on DXB Navigator are the intellectual property of DXB Navigator and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not republish, reproduce, duplicate, scrape, sell, or distribute substantial portions of our database or calculator tools without prior written authorization.

4. Calculator Tools & Estimations

All calculators provided on this site (including taxi fare estimators, utility bill calculators, metro fare finders, and train ticket estimators) are intended solely for preliminary planning and indicative estimation. Official charges are determined by authorized government utility meters, calibrated taxi taximeters, and ticketing systems. We accept no liability for discrepancies between our online estimates and official invoices or meter charges.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using DXB Navigator, you agree not to:

•Use automated scrapers, bots, spiders, or data mining software to extract database listings or content without written consent.

•Introduce malicious software, viruses, or harmful code to the server infrastructure.

•Transmit spam, unsolicited commercial advertisements, or abusive messages via our contact forms.

•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our hosting servers, databases, or restricted administrative areas.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, DXB Navigator, its contributors, and operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

•Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in transit timetables, bus stop locations, taxi tariffs, or utility slab rates.

•Missed flights, bus connections, appointments, or travel delays resulting from reliance on directory schedules.

•Temporary site downtime, technical glitches, or server unavailability.

•Content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party external portals linked from our site.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or related to the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
